The facility uses state of the art technology to assist those in a time of need. In most cases incoming calls provide call-takers with Phone Number and Locations to get help where it’s needed faster. Our call-takers will verify the information by asking several questions such as your name, location, phone number and the type of emergency you’re having.

The 911 center provides support for hearing/speech impaired. An interpreter is also available that provides support for non-English speaking persons.
